Specific Instructions for use

1. Charge up the card at the Service Desk (most cashiers will do this at the checkout but you need to charge it up as a separate transaction just before you start ring-up your purchases). You can also charge it up at the gasoline station. This is very fast as the station always has an attendant on location and sometimes you may have to wait at the service desk.

Checking out with a cashier:

1. Show your normal Kroger Plus card and have your groceries checked out. Show the cashier your intention to use the gift card and select the “charge card” button and swipe the card. Your remaining balance will be printed on your receipt.

Checking out at an automated self-service check-out:  

1. Swipe your Kroger Plus card and proceed as normal.
2. After touching “Pay Now” select “Gift Certificate” then “Gift Card”
3. Swipe Card. Your remaining balance will be on your receipt.

At the Gas Pump

1. Swipe your Kroger Plus Card
2. Select Payment at Pump (Credit Card) and insert Gift Card.
3. Select Grade of gas and pump.

Card Balances can also be checked at the gas pump and your balance will be displayed as you start to pump.
